SALARY RANGE : THB 21,000 - THB 26,000

A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

• Support Sales Manager to achieve revenue target generated by local and global freighter forwarders.

• Review revenue performance generated from assigned freight forwarder and provide plan to enhance revenue from assigned territory to assign with company’s directions.

• Manage relationship with customers to support revenue enhancement.

• Being contact point for customers to provide constructive feedback to customers.

• Verify Cargo Sell Report in order to collect freight charges from customers.

SKILLS

These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role: (If any, otherwise you can skip)

• Good at communication skills in order to enhance revenue and maintain customer services to our customers.

• Problem Solving together with negotiation skills to manage relationship with customers.

• Adaptability to find the solution the customers and maintain cost effectiveness to our company.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience in dealing with freight forwarder especially global freight forwarders.
